Dark Mode Theme for the Website

It's been a long-time coming, but Weebly has finally made it easy to change your theme to a Dark Mode with the simple flip of a switch.  This should be easier on everyone's eyes and provide more contrast as you read content on the site.  If I find a way to easily make the website responsive to whether you have Light Mode or Dark Mode as the default for your system, I'll look into that in the future, but this is better for me, and I hope better for you as we interact with the website.

​I've also changed the background color from blue to red.  Blue and red are two of my favorite colors, but I like blue and white for Light Mode themes and red and black for Dark Mode themes. If for any reason, you have trouble reading anything in the new theme, please let me know, and I'll try to make some changes to make it more readable and accessible.
