Psalm 134 English Standard Version Come, Bless the LORD A Song of Ascents. 134 Come, bless the LORD, all you servants of the LORD, who stand by night in the house of the LORD! 2 Lift up your hands to the holy place and bless the LORD! 3 May the LORD bless you from Zion, he who made heaven and earth! This is a simple call to worship that the people would sing as they travelled up Mount Zion to the Jerusalem to gather to worship the LORD. It even calls those who are the nightwatchmen to come and worship with them (even though they would likely be tired from providing security all night long). They are to come together not only to offer burnt offerings, but the sacrifice of praise as they lift their hands in praise and adoration in the holy place (The Temple) and bless the LORD together with gladness.
Then there is a short blessing on the people that is reminiscent of the Aaronic blessing. This time the blessing from the LORD is to be poured out on the people from Zion (that is Jerusalem, where the Temple was, and where the king ruled from). The psalm makes sure to identify the LORD as the Maker of Heaven and Earth for any Jews or Gentiles would be listening who would say, "Who is the LORD that they are singing to and singing about?" The one who spoke all things into existence from nothing is the one who takes care of us on a daily basis. He is not some kind of Great Clock-Winder as the Deists imagined Him that set everything in motion but did not get involved in creation from that point forward. He is involved with creation, especially the affairs of men, because it is His desire to see fellowship between God and Man restored. It will be from Zion (though not from the Temple, but from Golgotha) where the LORD will pour out His blessings on all mankind when the Son of God dies in place of sinful man and takes the judgment that we deserve so that we can receive the blessings that only He deserved.
