13 The sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, Guni, Jezer and Shallum, the descendants of Bilhah.

That's all there is to say about the tribe of Naphtali.  I'm not sure why there is no census data for them either for David's census or the post-exilic census.  We get some idea of their size though by the fighting force they contributed in 1 Chronicles 12 when the other tribes sent men to join David's "mighty men" (his renegade/rebel army).  Naphtali sent 1,000 commanders and 37,000 men armed with shield and spear. (verse 34)

There are not many references in the Old Testament to beyond this point.  One prophetic reference in Isaiah about the land of Naphtali (part of Galilee of the Gentiles) where the Messiah would come forth and the people that lived in darkness there would see a Great Light, and the other references in Ezekiel where the borders of the Land are given.  We know however that the come up again in the book of Revelation as part of the 144,000 witnesses, so the LORD has been faithful in preserving them, even if we don't know where this "lost tribe" is today and don't know much about them.
